REEF FEST Music Concert Series to Benefit Coral Reef Conservation

Besides showing up, enjoying the music and making a donation, you can also participate in Reef Fest as a sponsor, volunteer, performing artist, part of our "street team", by hosting a Reef Fest banner on your website or MySpace page, and in many other ways. Your place of business can serve as a ticket outlet, you can host a Reef Fest event at your venue or even organize a Reef Fest event of your own! 	Sponsor Reef Fest sponsors can be individuals, groups, businesses or corporations. Sponsors underwrite Reef Fest production costs in the form of cash or in-kind donations in exchange for promotional consideration. There are many sponsorship options available!
	Ticket Outlet Reef Fest ticket outlets are businesses and other locations that receive on consignment a set amount of tickets to be sold by a certain date. All funds and unsold tickets will be collected by a Reef Fest representative.
	Volunteer Volunteer positions may include door/gate personnel, stagehands, ticket takers, parking lot attendants, traffic directors, ushers, valets, chauffeurs, clean-up crew and more.
	Street Team Member The Reef Fest "street team" distributes flyers, posters and other promotional materials to the general public in a green (no littering!), responsible and legal manner. The street team also promotes Reef Fest events through word of mouth and online via email, forum and blog postings, social network sites like myspace.com, etc.
	Artist/Band Performing at a Reef Fest Event All styles of music are welcome. Artists and bands with performing experience, recorded music, a website and availability on week nights are preferred.
	Artist/Band Donating Music to a Reef Fest Benefit CD All styles of music are welcome. Original compositions only. Quality studio recordings preferred.
	Venue Hosting a Reef Fest Event Venues host a Reef Fest event by providing a date and time for the event, talent (unless supplied by Reef Fest), stage or performing space, sound and light, production assistance and personnel. Promotional and marketing materials and assistance will be provided by Reef Fest. Venues are responsible for collecting and securing donations (a percentage of door receipts and/or audience donations). Donations will be collected by a Reef Fest representative. Established music venues preferred.
	Reef Fest Organizer Individuals, groups and non-profits can organize their own Reef Fest event! Planning, production and promotional assistance is available.
